When you face the house - the left side is fenced (chain link) which needs done around the fence poles also. On the right there is no fence but the area that belongs to me goes clear to the street (the yard goes up to meet the street. (Kinda uphill).

Takes me half an hour to do it with a push mower. I mow weekly or more often.

The Gates to back yard don't allow for commercial sized lawn mowers, back hasn't been cut in 3 weeks, front and sides cut lated last week.

Just need to get the yard mowed. My mower broke down. Grass is high. No trimming or raking or blowing. ASAP Give me a fair rate!

Back yard chain link standard gate size. Anywhere there is grass or weeds I expect it to be cut and trimmed and mulched or excess grass removed as if it were your own yard. Text questions if you are unsure about anything.

It's small and extends a couple feet to the right of my walkway and all the way to the other walkway on the left (but not beyond it). I'm currently staying with family about an hour and a half away from my house, so I'm not there to mow.

Home is vacant, to be listed in the next week or two. Services will be required until home sells. Small fence to backyard. Lot size approximately 0.2 acres. Backyard significantly overgrown.
