Picture Perfect Lawn

First of all I’m in Unit #7.I couldn’t add that info whatsoever. My small patch of lawn used to be taken care of by my mother-in-law but it’s too much for her now&the grass cutter broke.It’s been months since the grass was last cut :( My yard: 15x15

I have 1 tree stump and 2 metal stakes in the grown where I will plant new trees. Please walk the yard first to find the 2 metal stakes about 10 fee away from both fences near end of lot. Do not remove the stakes or mark them then put back after cutting.

Side gate can handle a riding mower if not too large. Grass and weeds are really tall. Will need shrub pruning in the near future.

Back fence is the entry to lawn but won't fit large sitting mowers
