5 star experience with Brandon! I had 2 no shows to cut my grass, he was my 3rd try. Received a message from Greenpal this morning saying my service was scheduled with Brandon for June 15th! I booked it for today. I couldn't wait the grass would be over 8-10 inches by then with all this rain. I got fed up, I went out and bought my own lawn mower. Brandon showed up today at 5pm because Hreenpal obviously messed up the booking. If I ever need my grass or shrubs cut I will call Brandon. He showed up, no one else did.

5 star! I booked using Greenpal and 2 previous providers canceled my orders and failed to show up. I received a reasonable quote from Brandon and booked an appointment with him. When I received a confirmation this morning from Greenpal it confirmed my appointment for June 15th not today. That would be too late. My grass would be 8 to 10 inches tall by then with all this rain. I got fed up with Greenpal and today I bought my own lawn mower. I'll cut my own grass. Sadly, Brandon showed up at 5 o'clock today. because Greenpal obviously messed up the booking. What a mess. I would hire Brandon if I need my shrubs, grass, or even fall clean up. At least he shows up! He gets another 5 stars for that...
