Fenced back yard, with a wide gate, easy fit a zero turn. Two dogs, so a quick text and they can be put inside.

Just need once a month. The grass is more like weeds than grass.

Gate on east side is large and can fit mower. Please make sure the gate is properly closed when done. Trash next to RV will be removed soon, it's fine just to mow around it.

The fence opens, be sure to close.

Both sides have a gate, also have a double gate that can be opened into the back yard that fits a 30'boat.
