He did half the job because he couldn’t fit his mower into the back...would have been nice to know that he needed special treatment before he arrived. He billed and got paid for the job anyway, promised he would come back to finish up within a week but did not. After I requested a refund for half the amount paid, he argued with me about how he just couldn’t do it. (???) Do yourself a favor, spend $5 or $10 more for a decent human being.
