Fenced in backyard- gate large enough for lawn mower access. Need front and backyard cut. Also cut strip of grass between my house and neighbor’s. Do not want to be in a contract, but pay per cut.

No weed eating necessary, unless the contractor feels it would make their job easier. Our neighbor has a fence, we do not, so we mow up to the edge. We are also responsible for the right of way easement in front of the house between the sidewalk and rd.

Do not cut through wet spots with riding mower that would cause damage to the soil there. Please use weed whacker for those areas

I need both my front and back lawn mowed as well as the grass to neighbor's driveway on right side (if you're facing the house) and strip between our yard and neighbors on left. The strip between the sidewalk and street needs to be done as well. Thank you.
