Derek rescheduled my initial mowing, and then rescheduled my Monday appointment to Tuesday. He rushed today's service, and it is apparent - I had 2 neighbors message me "what did they do to your lawn?!" Hands On left clippings all over my mulch beds, did not cut the corners of the yard or by the house, and then canceled future appointments immediately appointments after. I had one neighbor ask him to not blow the clippings onto his yard, and the other caught on my cameras using his blower to clean up the mess on the other side. Embarrassing. I have sent the owner a message, disputed the service and await a reply.
