This is my 2nd season servicing lawns. We mostly mow and weed wack, but also trim hedges, edge walkways, and mulch when requested.
I take pride in the work I do. If I'm paying for a service, I want it done without any mess or issue left. I take that same approach in my business. I leave the lawn beautifully manicured.
My advice is to look at what type of feedback my customers have given in the form of their reviews. I take pride in the job we do and I believe that shows. I address any issues or concerns quickly with customers and work to correct so the customer is completely satisfied.
I like that it keeps me active and allows me to be outside. I'm able to meet new people and see their happy faces when I've completed the service to their satisfaction.
I mainly service the east Erie area, but do have customers in Millcreek and Northeast as well.
