Back yard has steep hill grade edges. Just mow the top flat section, please, and we will deal with the hills. Also, there are thick root stumps in those hills, so please avoid the areas.

I don't know the difference between knocking it all down and neat. Does that mean no trimming or using a leaf blower to clean up grass?
