I just had shoulder surgery & I'm unable to mow the yard myself. It's just the front yard, NOT sides & back. It's a small yard with a few small trees/ornamental bushes in the center. I hope to mow someday but may continue to hire out, depending on price.

Would like services every 3 to 4 weeks. Limited income, so can’t afford weekly or bi-weekly service. Thank you

The front lawn is in a small hill

Every other Friday front side and back lawn mow beginning 4/4

Gate is in the alley, kennel and patio take up half of the yard, dog will not be on premises during mow

Just mowing and edging the lawn strip east/west between the sidewalk and curb and north/south between my driveway and neighbor's driveway to the north. I estimate about 8' wide by 45' long so around 400 sq ft. I can do the weeding on it myself. Thanks.

Have two side strips in addition to the lawn. Please pull weeds, but do not use weed killer on the beds or anywhere in the yard. I would rather have some weeds left behind than put chemicals, that are bad for bees and other wildlife, on the yard. Thanks.

The door to the side is unlocked and accessible. And the yard waste bin is usually kept in the back

Front and backyard, unsure of exact size... Just need the grass cut and the weeds not crazy. Maybe just pulling the biggest weeds and weed whacking to keep them managed. Wouldn't mind discussing spraying as well.

There is a plumbing clean out (pipe) sticking up in backyard, a mower shouldn't fit over to damage but please be careful since it's near middle of yard

Remove leaves, cut grass, remove weeds in front and back

I live at Unit 14, map apps tend to send drivers to the wrong location. My house is the second on the right from the entrance
