Nnendi was extremely professional and prompt with all my inquiries. I was looking forward to having her mow the lawn. Unfortunately due to a family emergency I'm having to travel out of state so I won't be home when the appointment will take place.
I think you were under the impression this was a standard suburban home with a small flat yard. That's unfortunate. I think that was compounded by your later arrival, 5:20 is pretty late for the "afternoon" and such you were rushed. I see where there are areas not mowed were probably poor communication on my part and some areas I anticipated better trimming (especially on the fence). I'll take responsibility for not providing more details on my request for service. I think you should try Google, Zillow, etc as they have pretty decent satellite shots of my property. Thank you for coming today. I do not quibble about you asking for more money and when I add that to being reasonable about the delay and the lateness of your arrival - I did expect more. My fault as you are not used to doing this type of property. Thanks again for coming and mowing the lawn.
They were awesome! Unfortunately we couldn’t make it work (our circumstances prevented us) but they were VERY responsive and very courteous!!! Very nice!!!! Would use!!!!!
