The were prompt, and thanks for coming the next day, but, Guys you left us a mess. I understand the first cut is not going to be perfect, however, that is no excuse for subpart work. The blowing off debris on all hard surfaces is expected. If you didn't do the edges, or not good enough trimming, at least clean up after. Thanks for coming the next day, and for trimming the bushes (although that was not asked for, thank you), but now I have branches in the front left on the yard, and a quarter of my trashcan full of cut off branches. Again, if you would have clean the curb, I might even overlook everything else, but you didn't. Also all this for $80 when I can get someone else to do it for $50? I guess that's what we get for thinking the grass is greener on the other side. You're very nice people, but that does not excuse subpart performance, especially when it supposed to be included. The tall grass excuse (which our yard was short almost all of it) is a cup out to do subpart work. I have never had a gardener who've done such a subpart work in my entire life and by that I mean clean after. A simple blower would suffice, show up with the right tools and this would have been solved right there and then. No, you show with a push mower for a corner lot, and not do the edges of the curb and clean afterwards? Unacceptable. Let me finish because I don't want my anger get the best of me, but this is an experience that you lived and learn from. I went ahead and paid because I just simply didn't want to wait for the hussle, and we're ready to move on. I rather deal with locals outside of the app, what a bad experience and it has cost not just you guys but the app customers. Everything is built in a way, that there's always an excuse, and although I tried the submit a claim thing, I have not even received a reply by the gardener. Really? At least let us know, so we know you are on it, trying to fix it. No, not an answer, reply, etc... So enjoy your $80 we're moving on, and away from a subpart performance/app. Good bye, Good ridings, God bless.
