He didn't show up at the times he said he would. I had given him a time to come Thursday but due to the forecast for rain I said it was fine for him to come Wednesday or Friday morning. Due to the time he actually was coming Wednesday, we moved it to after 3pm... and nothing. Heard nothing Thursday either. Today I called asking where he was this morning and he says he's coming at 11:30am. Two hours later and nothing. He doesn't answer the phone even after multiple attempts and still four hours later and he's nowhere to be found. He never texted me back to update me on where he was, so I've given up because the lawn can't wait any longer and I was hoping for someone reliable and responsive. Very disappointed.
