This Pro's Story
My name is Ken, I’m 55 years old, I have a 3/4 ton truck, trailor, stander zero turn mower, several types of walk behind mowers, light duty and heavy duty trimmers, pruners, hedge trimmers, blowers, all depending on the needs of any given job and yard. I’m well equipped for mowing residential grade yards, and larger lawns.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I’ve been mowing for 12 years, initially part time to aid my son when he was younger to earn some extra money from his own labor to purchase his Legos with, now he’s in college currently in Lubbock Texas and I’ve since taken on this work as a full time endeavor to support family finances in a full time capacity in a long-reaching entrepreneurial endeavor.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I’m look to stripe the lawns, make them look neat and cleaned up, cut in neat edging along the sidewalks and house, around garden areas. I’ve mastered it better than. most, with a string trimmer, I’m mindful of the debris vector coming off the trimmers to minimize, negate any damage from a tool as this. I make sure that all porches, back and front are blown off, gates always locked after completion., I work through a general completion checklist to minimize possibilities of missing anything needing done.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
I’m an excellent fit for a lawn mow man for great customers., Your lawn and the business y’all bring to me will always be appreciated by both me & my family.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
This industry works well in aiding me with exercise and keeping out in the sunshine, enjoying and managing the nature around my customers properties.
What areas do you mainly service?
I prefer to primarily serve the 78745, 78749, 78739 zip codes, and as long as in general I’m west of Westgate Blvd, or west of Brodie Lane, and south of Convict Hill Rd in Austin, Texas, that’s my generally preferred geographical range for my routes.
