Both gates to backyard are big enough for a lawn tractor to get through. There are sprinkler heads, gray water spray heads and septic covers that need to be avoided with mowers and edged around.

The lot is a half of an acre. There is a gate that you can get equipment through on both sides of the property.

We need the front hedges and shrubs trimmed back so that there is a clear path on the sidewalk. Also there is grass in the cracks of the driveway that needs to be cut.

I have a new house and lawn (house completed in March 2021). I want mowing and weed eating/edging. I also need weed treatment and maybe grub worm treatment. I have gate into the back yard that is large enough for a pickup to drive through.
