Mowing was great but I was charged $45 this visit. I did not approve a $20 tip this visit. . I gave a tip of $20 tip on my first cut only. Not the second cut on the 22nd. There is a mistake. I was going to add a $5 tip on the 22nd cut but it was processed as $45 for some reason. Can you fix this please. Sorry about this mix up. Dont know how this happened. I'm on a fixed budget. Text me when you receive this please so I know you corrected it. See you in two weeks! Thank you.

Got approved for Sunday, realized they couldn’t do Sunday. Then Monday then canceled and postponed to Tuesday but never came. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt at first but seems like they’re not easy to schedule with.

Please do not book her!! She doesn’t keep a schedule and when you call to inquire, she has an attitude. No call, no show. In addition, I received a text message from one of her employees trying to date me. VERY unprofessional!

Absolutely horrible, DO NOT USE! Unresponsive when trying to get them to communicate. Then, if you do get them to respond, they lie about when they are coming and change the dates in the app without letting you know. No idea how their mowing is, but if it's anything like the way they set up appointments, I wouldn't want it.
