The job was done quickly and Zak was friendly, which we appreciated. We were hoping to give him our business for the season, but a few things fell short. Some areas of the lawn were missed due to a lack of overlap in his mowing pattern — with just a few more minutes, it could have looked great. He also left without checking in or letting us know if he offered additional services like weeding, trimming, bagging, leaf blowing, etc. A quick conversation could have made a big difference. That said, with a little more attention to detail and communication, we think he has real potential to build a loyal customer base.
