I got my first start when I landed my first contract with a Real Estate Company/ Property Management & Buck City Buck Trash Removal Services was born I started out mowing their vacant properties and removing trash & abandoned furniture from eviction properties shortly after we started Painting exterior properties for the same company we than started to rebrand ourselves as BCB the property PROS property care specialist we than went on a quest to obtain are certification for tree trimming and pruning. Since then we have trimmed several trees & a few removal complete so quality sod / turfgrass insulation we are now working on obtaining a license to spray weed control & fertilizer app to become a full service operation

We treat every yard as if it's are own first & foremost Secondly we use quality and commerical equipment and products 3rd of all we study grass types to ensure that we cut at the proper height we also keep blades sharpen for an even & healthy cut with an keen eye for detail we leave every property clean crisp with a sharp edge

My advice would be to make sure the company your looking to hire are reliable & aslo be aware of the height of the cut/ mower height is correct for your type of turfgrass. I would want to know if lawn mower blade are regular sharpening these things go greatly towards the health & quality of your lawn. Also when you get that low unbelievable rate make sure there's no hidden fees & always make sure litter & other trash will be picked up & removed from lawn for price of service offered & not just mowed into lawn
