This is for a short term rental and I want to have the lawn mowed in between guests on Friday’s from 11-4
Standard size fence gate. Most of backyard is dirt or stone, not much grass. Text before arriving so I can remove dog toys from yard.
Need both front and back yard done....lots of vegetation lost due to winter storm that needs cutting and hauling away. Sprinkler system also needs repair. Plant beds are a disaster...lol

I only need the yard cut once per month, or once every three weeks if needed.
I have been thru several lawn “companies”. In the first meeting, I make it clear that I expect to have both sides of my yard included & area behind the outside “patio” kept up, and the patio & drive nicely swept....it is agreed upon, then ignored.....
