I am editing my review in the hopes that someone can give me an update on our service that was supposed to be performed on July 13th. It is now the 20th, and knowing that we had a lot of rain the past few weeks I reached out to Tom the owner on 7-15 in order to get a status update of when they might be arriving? Its now 7-20 (5days later) and I still have no idea when I might be getting a cut? I'm stumpped on what to do at this point.
