I've called multiple times this week because you guys are more than a week late on service. The previous cut was also 6 days late and a whole section of the yard was not cut. The guys are friendly when they do come but I need more dependability. I dont mind being late if I am told, but I don't appreciate not being called back after multiple messages.

They did a horrible job they left tall grass in several areas, they didnt edge, they broke one of my Lilly plants, and they cut my grass too short now my grass looks all brown. Nobody can pay me to have them cut my grass again.
