Very unprofessional. Very hostile and questionable. Responded to my last minute cancellation in service due to an emergency with my child. GreenPal instructs us to send direct messages to the number the owner provides after the deadline for cancellation through the portal. He responded around 6a this morning stating I was being disrespectful for sending a cancellation so late and ASSUMED I had no emergency for cancellation. Also, threatened to file harassment charges on me if I ever texted him again?? But the number HE provided to GreenPal for customers to use, as point of contact is considered a customer harassing you if you don’t want to service them anymore? I had absolutely no clue I would get a response so vain. Again I have never met this guy nor ever had any direct contact with him EVER! He responded so aggressive and hostile, gave me the feeling he would retaliate all because I had to cancel last minute due to an emergency? I truly hope GreenPal runs background checks thoroughly as I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism. And this guy knows where we live so it’s a pretty scary situation. I would most definitely NOT recommend this company. I had no idea this guy had ill feelings towards me? I’ve only ever had his service one time. But customers clearly cannot have any last minute cancellations nor reach out to the number he provided on the site. Judging off his expression in his profile picture, I should’ve known because he doesn’t look very pleasant/professional at all! I was pretty skeptical when I first booked, and now I know why. I would cut my grass with scissors before I would book this guy/company again.

Back lawn has a steep incline. The big bush by the sidewalk near the tree in the front lawn needs trimmed down, my neighbor and I have agreed. I just need the yard/jungle knocked down initially and will ultimately want the best lawn on the street
