Front yard and side yard (left side) need to mowed. It has been many weeks. Side yard is fenced in. Access is available from the porch. Best access from the right side and around the back.

Just need service for 6 weeks as we will be out of town.

Lawn includes front & back. There is also a Wisteria vine that has climbed its way onto a nearby tree that can be easily chopped by a taller person. There are 2 dogs onsite but they are indoor. Can leave compost bin outside for you if needed.

The back yard is fenced & gated (locked). If you notify me of the day, I'll make sure the gate is unlocked (whether I'm home or not). Also, I have two dogs, but they would never be in the back yard without me -- they won't be back there when you come
