I am a landlord & have a bunch of other homes, 4 others in Miller Beach. I am looking for once every 2 week mowing for at least 15 homes.
Back yard is fenced in with wide gate on east side. Dog is normally kept indoors except to use the bathroom in the back yard.
Do you now and maintain vacant homes? I am interested in someone maintaining the lawn on this vacant property in South Bend, Indiana every 2-3 weeks. It is overgrown now. It was a family home that we still own but everyone have moved away.
