I was given a date range for when the work would be done and it ending up raining those days. I was trying to follow up and when I log in to GreenPal I see that the appointment has been cancelled. Then I see that it's setup for today. They haven't done the yard yet so I can't rate that, but the communication is not good from Claudia. There should have been a text or call to let me know the schedule changed.
