We only need the front lawn mowed it's very small it's been a long time since it was mowed because we're unable to do it and we'd like the one time Rose bed in the front the weeds taken out and mulch but we only just need it the ones it's a very simple jo

The front lawn is large and in the back next to the pool there is a grass area that needs to be cut.

I have a double gate so a riding mower would easily fit if desired. I’m working on figuring out the right watering schedule (new house) so the lawn is dry and I haven’t started adding fertilizer yet. I’m open to input if you’d like to give it!

There is grass/weeds growing out of the curb and sidewalk, want those to be cut/pulled also.

I have a fence with a gate on the side wide enough for a large mower. I have flowers planted in the back and I would rather the weed eating give the flower plenty of room and miss a little grass than risk the flowers. I'm not super fussy about the back.
