The man gate on Right of house from street is at least 30"-36". We have dog poop picked up on Tuesdays. Small friendly dog will come out barking then say hello and want pats. Car gate on left of house needs to stay shut.

Lawn is in exceptional condition, well cared for - mowed at least every week, it has been maintained by senske for years, and last treatment they commented it looks like a golf course. Lawn is very small. Have re-landscaped and cut back on amount of grass. They can come by to provide accurate quote.
