Hi my name is Cordell. I started my profession with a profesional landscaping crew. Ive been solo cutting for 4 years on my own. Total I have 6 years in landscaping experience. My main craft is using the mower, weed-eater, hedge-trimmer and blower. I am willing to travel up to 15 miles outside in all directions of the 60620 aread code. In my free time I plant on and enjoy working my own acre of land. Having me on your property mean your always guaranteed professional communication, cut quality, and consistency. I am a one man show so you will get the best results everytime. Instructions will be noted by me and executed in the way that you (customer) like. My vehical is compact, does well in tight spaces, is driven without a trailer. Parking to cut your property is fast. However since I drive a Jeep without a trailer attachment I cannot haul debris away. I will always mulch grass clippings into the soil. I will only bag grass clippings if needed for personal use. Clearing long extended branches from tall weed plants/ tree can be accomplished. However, hauling away the debris cannot be done must be left on the property. Occassionally I may have an additional crew members working along side with me. I will ensure that I cut the property at least 6 times before introducing a crew memeber on the property. I will always do the trimming. I will always do the hedging. I will always choose ptoperties I can handle so that I will be the one always cutting with a string trimmer/ hedger. The clean-up on a property is not a problem. Having 6 years experience in landscaping, working the blower is not a problem, controlling the direction of the debris is not a problem. I take my job serious. I will treat your property as my own.
