On the day of service (8/8/23) no one showed up to mow my lawn so I called the number provided in the service acceptance text. Matt told me he'd be by the following day a little after noon to mow and that he'd call when he was on his way. It's almost 3 pm and I still haven't gotten a call. I logged into my greenpa account to see my lawn service request was cancelled, but he never even told me! He blocked my number and cancelled even though I was never impolite! I've never dealt with such unprofessional service! I definitely wouldn't recommend Lawn Pro
