We have been in business for 8 years now, but have been in the industry for over 16 years! We started our family operated company to show customers that you CAN get both the highest quality service and incredible customer service all in one!

How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?

This is probably the MOST asked question, yet has the longest and most intricate answer! Long story short...in any business, employees are a true asset, or at least they can be! The catch is, no employee...no matter how dedicated, trustworthy, etc. will ever have the drive, passion, and heart that we can provide. We are the Sanger family....and that's what makes us amazing! How can I have a bad day when I get to have my beautiful wife, Rachael, by my side working with me every day! Quality is why we're here....and we believe that from start to finish, the customer experience is the most important thing!

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

The best advice I can offer anyone looking to hire a service provider is this...always research the company AND it's the owner. It doesn't take long or even require much effort, but it's incredibly important. Be sure to check their website...is it a cut and paste template just thrown there? Do they have a Facebook page, and if so...is the owner's name listed? You may even want to check the owner's page too! Look for reviews or people that have used their services. Ask about service timing, reliability, and what kind of warranty they offer for their work. *** This is probably the best advice I can give: Cost is a huge deciding factor when it comes to hiring someone....but follow this advice and you'll soon see why! Let's say you get 4 quotes for lawn mowing, ensuring they are quoting the exact same service. Here are some fake estimates: Quote 1: $32 per cut Quote 2: $37 per cut Quote 3: $22 per cut Quote 4: $42 per cut Quality does come with a price...the old saying "you get what you pay for" has always held weight. First off, try to never go with the "lowball" price, in this case $22. Many factors go into pricing and quotes, which is why you'll see many reputable companies in the ballpark of each other. It never fails though, you'll always get at least one price that is too good to be true...and it is...too good to be true that is. Also, lowballers like that often have residential equipment and lack the skills and certifications of a true professional. Also, they drive down the market pricing for other small businesses that are priced fairly for the service being performed, which has happened far too many times in history....and honestly, we are all far too low now too! Sum it up......1) Research 2) Reviews 3) Ask Questions 4) Pricing 5) Contract/No Contract and lastly, at number 6....the most important factor of all.......always try to meet in person for an onsite estimate or assessment. This allows you to confirm the validity of the company, meet the owner, learn their service style, and use your gut feelings!!!!
