The gate in the back is about 4 ft wide. We will leave it unlocked for you the day of mowing so let me know when you are coming. The yard includes the portion to the left of the carport up to the chain link fence.
Fence should always be closed, double check that it latches.
Yard is about 7,000 sq. ft. But about 1/2 of the back is bricked patio. Fence will not fit a riding lawn mower.
Backyard has pool but also a small area behind the garage that needs mowing and weeding.
