The wrong side of the duplex was mowed. The company did call me while I was away from my phone. I called them back within 8 mins they did not answer so I responded via text with the unit #. I got a response back saying the job was completed 19 minutes later. Instead of them saying they had mowed the wrong side they uploaded a picture saying the job was done.

The lawn is small. Small front yard and side yard. Back in front of garage and back yard.
Just need it until the end of October.
Gated backyard, no lock. Uneven ground. Patchy grass.

Dogs are small and are normally indoor dogs- they go out in the backyard occasionally. They will not be problem for mowing the lawn.

There is a side yard but a very small backyard
Grass is overgrown. I know that extra will be charged as a result. There is a fairly good sized ant pile in the front yard. Its treated.
I need also need edging around side walk, there are a couple of small manhole covers that need edging and edging around the shrubbery.

The North and South side of my house has 2 gates, all 4 need to be secured when completed. The Shrubs are on the south side of the house and the back of the house by the air conditioner.
