Extremely disappointed with this visit. I booked a full mow through GreenPal, which was quoted to include mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup. Instead, the provider used only a weed trimmer; no mowing, no edging, and no cleanup, without notifying me that the service had changed. When I explained that I didn’t agree to just a trim and wasn’t comfortable paying full price, the provider responded with rude and aggressive messages. Completely unacceptable behavior and a clear violation of what was quoted. I’ve filed a dispute with GreenPal and will not be using this provider again.

Instead, the provider used only a weed trimmer; no mowing, no edging, and no cleanup, without notifying me that the service had changed. When I explained that I didn’t agree to just a trim and wasn’t comfortable paying full price, the provider responded with rude and aggressive messages. Completely unacceptable behavior and a clear violation of what was quoted. I’ve filed a dispute with GreenPal and will not be using this provider again.

This guy is a . It wasn't a problem 3 weeks ago then he Canceled all remaining mows and then resisted me. should have seen the red flag with that. I don't do stuff for free and demand payment. Im getting paid 1 way or the other. I don't care about harassment charges. Your lawn is shorter than it was. Again this is not free even after this dispute I guarantee that.

I initially left a positive review after the first visit to be polite, but unfortunately the second experience was unacceptable. I hired this provider through GreenPal for a full mow including trimming, edging, and cleanup. Instead, they only used a weed trimmer, did not inform me of any changes, and delivered a completely different service than quoted. When I raised my concerns, the provider responded with rude, dismissive, and borderline threatening messages. I’ve filed a formal dispute through GreenPal and will not be using this provider again.
